Robotics Roadshow!

On Monday P5-P7 pupils met David from Sentinus who introduced the IT Robotics Roadshow. We worked in teams of 3 or 4 to programme a bo-bot to move across our hall floor, where there was an obstacle course. Using the commands that we entered into the laptops, we were able to direct and control our own robots across the course. At the end of the day we were able to see who could move and programme their robot the furthest. It was great fun and we learnt a great deal about programming.
